Refund & Replacement Policy
At YOBO, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the right materials at the right quality. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund or replacement. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Eligible Circumstances for Refund
- Wrong Delivery: If the material delivered is not as per the confirmed order (wrong brand, size, grade or type).
- Quality Issues: If there are major defects or quality deviations from the agreed specifications.
- Quantity Issues: If the material delivered is significantly less than the billed/ordered quantity.
- Failed Payments: If payment has been deducted but not reflected in our system, and we have received the amount.
- Stock Unavailability: If the ordered product becomes unavailable after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Duplicate Payment: If the customer accidentally pays more than once for the same order.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated within 4–5 business working days from the date of confirmation of eligibility.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
- YOBO will not be responsible for any delays caused by banks/payment gateways once the refund is successfully processed from our end.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Minor variation in color, texture, or packaging that does not affect quality or usability.
- Materials damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Orders placed under special schemes/offers where refund terms are separately communicated.
All refunds and replacements shall be made solely at the discretion of management, and the decision of management shall be final and binding. Any refund shall not exceed the order value. The company is not liable for indirect losses such as delays or project costs.
4. Replacement Policy
- Wrong materials delivered (brand/size/type/grade mismatch).
- Shortages or excess quantity delivered.
- Damaged goods received at the time of delivery.
Conditions: Materials must be reported as wrong/damaged at the time of delivery or within 24 hours. Items should be unused and in original condition. Replacement/return requests are subject to management’s discretion and vendor approval.
