All refunds and replacements shall be made solely at the discretion of management, and the decision of management shall be final and binding. Any refund shall not exceed the order value. The company is not liable for indirect losses such as delays or project costs.

Conditions: Materials must be reported as wrong/damaged at the time of delivery or within 24 hours. Items should be unused and in original condition. Replacement/return requests are subject to management’s discretion and vendor approval.

YOBO (a registered brand of “Adhishtaan Buildtech Private Limited”) connects customers with verified vendors of building materials such as sand, aggregates, cement, steel, bricks, hardware, paints, and more. All deliveries are handled directly by company transporters or third-party logistics partners.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery is currently available in Indore and nearby regions. Timelines depend on vendor stock, material type, quantity, and delivery location.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to distance, vehicle availability, weather conditions, or site restrictions.

3. Order Confirmation

Once a customer accepts a quote or places an order, delivery schedule and transporter details (if available) will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

Customers can track delivery status via live app updates (if available) or by contacting our support team via WhatsApp/phone. YOBO assists with coordination but does not guarantee real-time GPS tracking in all cases.

Customers will be informed promptly of any delay. YOBO will assist in rescheduling but is not liable for losses from delays or failures beyond its control. Incorrect address or inaccessible sites may incur re-delivery charges.

Risk and ownership of materials pass to the customer upon dispatch. Any damage or shortage during transit must be reported immediately and recorded on the delivery challan.
